WENHAM, MA — It's a historic Wednesday across the nation as Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are sworn in as President and Vice President. Harris is the first Black, South Asian woman to serve as VP.
But Donald Trump wasn't the only public official to leave office today — two Wenham selectmen resigned, leaving the town with just one selectman on the board. Selectmen John Clemenzi and Jack Wilhelm both stepped down on Tuesday night following a discrimination complaint against the town and Clemenzi, and calls for their resignation.
The town insisted on Wednesday that it will continue to operate as usual.
