This homebound vaccination drive will use the Johnson and Johnson Vaccine, which is a "one and done" COVID-19 vaccine.

"Please contact Public Health Nurse Rachel Lee at 978 290-9618 today if you or your family members need to have a COVID-19 vaccine completed at home. The Public Health Nurse would like to know about any homebound needs regardless of age or eligibility status (for example, she wants to know about 20 year old homebound individuals). This homebound vaccination drive will use the Johnson and Johnson Vaccine, which is a “one and done” COVID-19 vaccine.

What to expect after getting a COVID-19 Vaccine
Criteria for qualifying for a homebound vaccination include:
- Individuals who require an ambulance or two-person assistance to leave the home.
- Are not able to leave the home for medical appointments under normal circumstances
- Have considerable difficulty and or require significant support to leave the home for medical appointments.
