Wenham Affordable Housing Lottery Application Closes Soon

Apply for properties in Wenham by April 15 and find income limits and prices here.

WENHAM, MA — Homes are now available in Wenham’s affordable housing lottery, and will be accepting applications until April 15—one is in a 55-plus condominium community and the other is a two-bedroom on Stockwell Lane.

The income limits for the Stockwell Lane property are $67,400 for one person, $77,000 for two people, $86,650 for three people, and $96,250 gross income for four people. The rent, which includes trash and recycling, is $1,840 per month, plus utilities.

The income limits at Wenham Pines—the condo complex—is $44,800 for one person, $51,200 for two people, $57,600 for three people and $63,950 gross income for four people. These properties are available for purchase at $130,000 for a two-bedroom unit and $150,000 for a three-bedroom unit. This community also requires $150 per month in HOA fees.
