Wenham PD Investigate Hit & Run Involving Dog
A dog was being walked by its family and was hit in the crosswalk.
WENHAM, MA — Wenham police are investigating a hit-and-run involving a dog that happened on Nov. 6.
The crash happened at the intersection of Main Street at Larch Row. The dog was being walked by its family and was hit in the crosswalk as they were crossing the street. The car was described as a Black SUV and was driven by a blonde woman.
Police said the SUV did not slow down and continued towards Beverly driving southbound on Rte 1A. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the accident to contact the Wenham Police Department at 978-468-4000.
