Condo Project At Hingham Shipyard Breaks Ground

HINGHAM, MA — Construction on the latest residential project at the Hingham Shipyard is now under way.

The groundbreaking was recently held for Brio, a new waterfront condominium community. The project includes 77 high-end one- and two-bedroom condominiums overlooking the marina and 160 indoor and outdoor residential parking spaces for residents

The four-story, 160,000-square-foot project is located in the previously unoccupied northwest corner of the Hingham Shipyard, according to a news release.
