HINGHAM, MA — After coming to an agreement with investors, the Old Ship Church Parish House is back on the market.

Old Ship Meeting House Trustees President Nina Wellford Price recently told the Hingham Journal that the developer has pulled out of the agreement, but they are still working to come up with a plan.

The property's Realtor.com listing has the house on the market for about $4.79 million. The Old Ship Church is selling the house because they would like the opportunity to build a new parish house next to the meeting house across the street that better suits their needs and provides the opportunity for them to grow.

The home includes 11-foot ceilings, six fireplaces, gorgeous moldings and floors, a huge function hall in the rear, a walk-up attic that looks out over the town, and more.
