3 Major Road Closures Happening This Weekend: Patch PM

HOLLISTON, MA — Happy Friday and get ready to move into a sunny weekend — for Saturday at least. Temperatures won't be hot, but it'll be warm enough to enjoy a stroll around the neighborhood and soak up some sun.
Commuters in MetroWest should take time this weekend to prepare for several major road closures. Starting Sunday night, MassDOT will shut down the westbound exit 12 off-ramp to Route 9 near the Framingham-Ashland line for overnight work. The ramp should reopen by 5 a.m. Monday.
Route 30 will also close at 10 p.m. Sunday so crews can install a bridge along the Cochituate Rail Trail.

And starting Monday, Route 16 will be temporarily closed at the Holliston-Sherborn line for emergency culvert work that is expected to take a few days.
