42 Percent Of Hopkinton Has Received At Least One Vaccine Dose

More than 95 percent of Hopkinton residents over age 75 have received both doses, according to the state's data.

HOPKINTON, MA — Seven hundred of Hopkinton's oldest residents have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the state’s data. Twenty-three percent of Hopkinton residents as a whole are fully vaccinated, up from 19 percent last week.

Roughly 19 percent of the town's residents have received just the first dose. Sixty-six percent of residents ages 65 to 74 are fully vaccinated, and 27 percent in that age group have received just their first dose.

Hopkinton reported 67 cases of coronavirus in the two weeks leading up to the state report released Thursday, placing it in the "yellow" zone.
