Alice The Turtle Lays Eggs Under Holliston Moon Tree

Expect to see some tiny turtles later this year.

HOLLISTON, MA – A turtle the Holliston Police Department calls "Alice" laid her eggs under Holliston's Moon Tree Wednesday. The eggs are expected to hatch sometime between August and October, according to police.

Anyone stopping by the station is asked to be careful and let Alice be as she tends to her nest in preparation for her babies' arrival.

What do you think the baby turtles should be named? Let us know in the comments.
