Fraudulent Caller Targets Pejamajo Cafe

The following information was provided by the Holliston Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, May 10

8:11 a.m.: An officer responded to Holliston High School where a student was taken into custody for a juvenile offense.

12:42 p.m.: An officer advised staff at the Timothy Daniels House about a parking complaint.

4:34 p.m.: An employee at Pejamajo Café reported a phone call from a man with an accent demanding $1,000 for overdue electric bill payments. The employee advised the caller that the business was current with payments and called NStar who confirmed the call was fraud.

4:41 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of a car that had crashed into a stone wall on Pleasant Street. None of the three passengers were injured but police are seeking a summons to charge the driver with unlicensed operation.

7:14 p.m.: The Holliston Fire Department reported that a black sedan entered Milford on Route 16 with a passenger on the roof.

Saturday, May 11

2:25 p.m.: A caller from Beverly Circle reported excessive horn blowing.

Sunday, May 12

3:26 p.m.: An officer checked Adams Middle School after a caller reported children on the roof.

Monday, May 13

12:41 a.m.: An officer assisted with securing loose horses on Concord Street.

12:21 p.m.: Officer Stone brought K9 Cesh to the Holliston Senior Center for a demonstration.

1:59 p.m.: An officer took a report of larceny at Holliston High School.
