Greendale, Thorn Win in Holliston Election
The planning board race was decided by less than 25 votes.

It was a quiet day for election officials at Holliston High School yesterday. Only 656 residents turned out to vote in the annual town election.
While many of the candidates were uncontested, there were contested races for Town Clerk and Planning Board.
Liz Greendale, who won a five-way race in 2011 to replace retiring Town Clerk Jackie Dellicker, was re-elected 489 to 166 over challenger Pamela Zicko.

"I really appreciate everyone in Holliston and the confidence they’ve instilled in me and I’m going to work hard for the next few years," Greendale said.
In a much closer Planning Board race William Thorn beat out Fred Carnes 287 to 265.
