Homeowner Reports Puppy Stranded on Roof

Thursday, May 9
5:08 a.m.: The Hopkinton Police Department served an arrest warrant to Corey Assencoa, 43, of Hopkinton for involvement in a drug distribution case.
8:00 a.m.: Officers responded to a two-car crash on Wood Street. One car was towed.

8:54 a.m.: A caller from East Main Street reported an animal in her attic. The Animal Control Officer directed the caller to private companies that deal with squirrels.
6:46 p.m.: A caller from Church Street reported that their neighbor’s puppy had somehow gotten on to the roof. The Hopkinton Fire Department responded but the puppy’s owner arrived home prior to their arrival.

Friday, May 10
4:10 a.m.: A person reported that he was assaulted while riding his bicycle on Wood Street.
6:37 a.m.: An officer gave the driver of a construction truck and the construction company a verbal warning for working too early on Granite Street.
12:27 p.m.: A caller from Hayden Rowe Street reported a suspicious truck in the driveway of a vacant house. Officers are seeking a criminal application to charge the truck driver with larceny of scrap metal.
2:07 p.m.: One person was taken to the hospital with shoulder pain after a two-car crash on West Main Street.
6:32 p.m.: An officer assisted a person who lost two dogs in the woods on Main Street.
7:37 p.m.: A caller from Oak Street reported that a group of teens parked in front of their house then walked in to the woods. Officers located the teens but they were not doing anything wrong. The officer told them to leave the area.
10:21 p.m.: A caller reported an erratic driver on West Main Street that stopped at Mobil. An officer responded and arrested Leah Faddoul, 27, of 15 Kathryn Ln., Apt 1, Holliston on charges of OUI drugs, possession of a class A substance and possession of a class C substance.
Saturday, May 11
12:58 p.m.: A caller from the Rod and Gun Club reported the theft of a money jar from their fishing derby.
8:52 p.m.: Officers issued a criminal application to a resident of Leman Lane for domestic assault and battery.
9:34 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Elm Street and arrested Michael Boody, 32, of 3467 Route 2, Merrill Maine. Boody faced warrant charges of larceny over $250 and larceny under $250.
Sunday, May 12
2:08 p.m.: One vehicle was towed after the driver crashed on Wilson Street.
4:19 p.m.: A caller from Proctor Court reported that his son was just bit by a dog and they were on the way to the hospital. An officer responded and spoke with everyone involved.
