Hopkinton 2020 Election: Polling Places, Ballot

Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

HOPKINTON, MA — Hopkinton's Annual Town Election is Monday and despite a push for voters to use mail-in ballots, polling places are open. Polling places require voters use face covers and maintain social distancing, to limit the possible spread of the coronavirus.

All precincts vote at the Middle School Gym, 88 Hayden Rowe, voters can enter by Grove Street. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

There are 11 races on the ballot but only two of those races are contested. The race for School Committee and Board of Selectmen are the only contested races.

On the ballot for the School Committee race is Lyla Anne Batlle-Rafferty, Joseph M. Markey and Dawn M. Ronan. There are two open seats, each with a three-year term.

On the ballot for Board of Selectmen is Jonathan Coutinho who is running for re-election and Amy Ritterbusch. There is one seat with a three-year term.
