Hopkinton Arrests: Third OUI and Shoplifting

Monday, Oct. 7
9:37 p.m.: Police arrested Wendy E. Grass, 58, of 54 B. Pleasant Street in Hopkinton on West Main Street on charges of a third offense of operating under the influence of liquor.
Wednesday, Oct. 9
7:35 a.m.: Police arrested Kathleen Ann Serkins, 45, of 51 Elm Street on Main Street on charges of 90/10 and shoplifting.
