Hopkinton Election Turnout 'Steady'

Turnout is "steady" at today's annual town election in Hopkinton according to Town Clerk Ann Click.

With 337 voters having cast ballots as of 11 a.m. the pace is slightly ahead of last year's town election and the state primary last month.

There is one contested race on this year's ballot. Ellen Scordino and Amy Ritterbusch are competing for one school committee seat. Both candidates have had multiple endorsements submitted to Patch. Those endorsements can be found in the local voices section of the site.
