Hopkinton Home Sales Saw Significant Jump

Homes sales in 15 communities along I-495 saw a big jump last year over the previous, according to an article in the Boston Globe.

Based on an interview tih Thomas Skahen of PrimeTime Communities and figures from the Warren Group, the Globe reported that Hopkinton and Northboroughwere among the biggest that saw growth. Milford, too, also saw "significan" growth.

Despite the increase in sales, these towns, said the Globe, are still seeing significant declines in prices.
