Hopkinton One Of The Top 100 Places To Buy A Home In MA: Study

HOPKINTON, MA – There's no better time than now to buy a home in Hopkinton, according to a study from website LendEDU. The site named Hopkinton 99th on its list of "Best 100 Places to Buy a Home in Massachusetts."

LendEDU based its list off of three parameters – home income to home value ratio, five-year population forecast and five-year income forecast. The measurements were selected because they can influence a homebuyer's investment. If a community is anticipating growth in both population and income, then the return on a buyer's investment will increase over time.

Home income to home value and five-year population forecast were measured on a 40-point scale; five-year income forecast was listed out of 20.

Value: 18.20

Population: 39.84

Income: 1.58

Total: 59.62
