HOPKINTON, MA — It's been a warm week in the MetroWest but there's a chance of rain tonight. If it rains, the cool mist will only last for the night as temperatures are expected to rise back up into the mid 80s on Friday.

In restaurant news, the MetroWest will soon say goodbye to a staple Hopkinton restaurant as Carbone's Restaurant prepares to close. Carbone's has been open for 87 years on Cedar Street. In a message to customers, the restaurant said the closing was due to "many business and personal reasons, too numerous to mention." The restaurant had been in the Carbone family for generations.
