Parole Denied for Holliston Murderer
Twenty-one years ago Kenneth Seguin committed a crime that "shocked the community."

In April of 1992, Holliston residents were shocked to learn that three residents had been murder according to Police Chief John Moore, but they can breathe a little easier knowing the convicted murderer was denied parole for a second time.
"This is a decision that we were waiting for, and are in full agreement with, considering that Detective Todd worked this case, and it was a crime that utterly shocked this community," Moore said.
Kenneth Seguin was convicted of murdering his wife Polly, son Danny (age 7) and daughter Amy (age 5) in February of 1993 and has been incarcerated since.

In March 2012 Seguin had his second parole hearing and last week the parole board decided unanimously to deny him parole.
“After careful consideration of all relevant facts, including the nature of the underlying offense, the views of the public as expressed at the hearing or in written submissions to the Board, the inmate’s criminal history, institutional record and program involvement while incarcerated, we conclude the inmate is not a suitable candidate for parole,” the parole board's decision read.
