A 1,556-square-foot raised ranch in Holliston is the latest home to sell in either Hopkinton or Holliston this month, according to NEMoves.com.

The three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom house at 690 Norfolk St., sold on Feb. 22, for $274,500. Its last listing price was $289,900.

It was listed by Realty Executives Boston West, MA Home Team.
