Recent Home Sales in Holliston and Hopkinton

Here are some recent home sales, according to Zillow.com:

In Holliston, a 4-bedroom, 2-bath antique colonial at 47 Grove St. sold for $425,000 on May 31, according to the Zillow listing.

The house was built in 1845 and has 1,852 square-feet, a mature perennial garden, a wood stove in the family room and an eat-in kitchen.

In Hopkinton, a 5-bedroom, 3-bath cape at 19 Hillcrest Dr. sold for $410,000, according to Zillow.com.

The house has a large walkout lower level, a large yard, and many updates, including stainless appliances in the kitchen and granite countertops.

It last sold in March 2003 for $316,500.
