The house at 255 Highland St. was built in 1995 and sold "as is." The description indicates it needed a lot of TLC, and had an 8-year-old roof and boiler. The property is large: almost 145,000 square-feet for the yard and almost 3,000-square-feet for the house.

In Hopkinton, a 4-bedrom, 3.5-bath Colonial on John Matthew Road sold June 7 for $775,000. The house was built in 1988 and has nearly 5,000 square-feet. It initially was listed in February for $889,000. It last sold in 2000 for $662,000.
