Sales are picking up in both Hopkinton and Holliston.

Here are some recent sales, according to Zillow.com:

In Hopkinton: a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath family home at 74 School St. sold for $625,000 on May 30. The house is a colonial style and is constructed with a double-wing. It has a master bedroom suite on the main level. It has 9' ceilings throughout the house and a finished basement.

The property originally was listed for $629,500 in February.

In Holliston: a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 645 Highland St. sold for $565,000 on May 15. The house was built in 1986 and sits on more than 2 acres. It has a front porch, views of an apple orchard, a new kitchen and a family room with a wood stove. 

The property originally was listed in February for $575,000.
