Time to Take a Dip: Hopkinton State Park Open for Swimming

HOPKINTON, MA—Time to cool off, in the lake.

Hopkinton State Park, located in Hopkinton and Ashland, includes the Hopkinton Reservoir and offers year-round activities. This includes two life guarded swimming beaches, stocked fishing, 1 reservable group picnic site, 12 tree shaded, first come first served, picnic areas (300 picnic tables and 165 charcoal cooking grills), 10 miles of marked trails, open field space and a concrete boat launching ramp for non-motorized watercraft.

The swimming areas are supervised from late May through Labor Day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A parking pass for the park, which is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., is $8 per MA vehicle, $10 for non-MA vehicles.
