White Christmas In Holliston-Hopkinton: 4-Day Weather Forecast

HOLLISTON-HOPKINTON, MA – Christmas weekend – Saturday especially – will be among the busiest shopping days of the year, and Mother Nature won't be taking it easy on you. The National Weather Service this week predicted a smattering of inconvenient winter weather through Saturday, followed by a peek of sun before snow Christmas Eve into Christmas morning.

In Holliston-Hopkinton, the NWS says there is a 80 percent chance of snow Monday morning. Here's a look at your four-day weather forecast, via the National Weather Service:

Snow, mainly after noon. High near 31. Northeast wind 3 to 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

Friday Night
Snow, freezing rain, and sleet likely, becoming all freezing rain after 10pm. Cloudy, with a low around 29. Northeast wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Saturday
Freezing rain likely before 1pm, then rain likely. Cloudy, with a high near 39. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Saturday Night
A chance of rain before 5am, then a slight chance of rain and snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 32. West wind 5 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

Sunday
Partly sunny, with a high near 39.

Sunday Night
Snow, mainly after 7pm. Low around 28. Chance of precipitation is 80%.

Christmas Day
