19 JP Homes Sold Last Week: What Went Near You?

Almost 20 homes sold in JP last week. Somewhat surprisingly, only two of those JP homes sold for $1 million or more.

JAMAICA PLAIN, MA — Whether you're moving in or out of JP, or you're a lifer who is just curious where the new folks are moving in, it's pretty informative to know what the homes in your neighborhood are going for. Last week, 19 JP homes sold, according to realtor.com. Compare that with 17 in neighboring Brookline and nine in Arlington. Somewhat surprisingly, only two of those JP homes sold for $1 million or more.

The priciest

72 Woodland Rd. went for $1.5 million. By way of reference, it was listed on May 25, 2017 and eight other homes in JP sold for more than this one so far this year.

The cheapest

Not a single family house, but a two bedroom ground condo at 154 Boylston St. went for $431,000.
Also, even as we see more and more homes go on the market in JP for upwards of $1 million, almost 40 homes (mostly condos) sold for less than this so far this year in JP.
