$2.6 Million Home In JP: 2nd Most Expensive This Week

JAMAICA PLAIN, MA — The good news is that, despite the gentrification that's ongoing in JP, the median listing price for a home in the neighborhood is still $675,000. That means there are homes listed well below that. That also means that there are plenty of homes listed, ahem, well above that. Take for example this one.
