2 Dead In Jamaica Plain Shooting
Two people were killed in a late-night shooting on Mozart Street near JFK Middle School, police said.

BOSTON — Two people were killed after a late-night shooting Monday in Jamaica Plain near JFK Middle School. Boston police said one person was pronounced dead at the scene and another died at the hospital. Both victims were men in their late 20s to early 30s. Police did not immediately identify them.
Police said their deaths were homicides. The shooting happened on Mozart Street near Bolster Street shortly before 10 p.m. The deaths bring the total homicides in Boston to 20 so far this year.
Police are investigating; no arrests have been announced.
