Boston Mayor Walsh: 'NFL Needs to Get Their Priorities Straight'
The mayor is backing Tom Brady after the NFL decided to uphold his four-game 'deflategate' suspension.

The New England Patriots, and especially Tom Brady, have taken a beating in the court of public opinion following the NFL’s decision to uphold his four-game ‘deflategate’ suspension.
In wake of the news, one influential Bostonian is speaking out in support of the beloved hometown quarterback.
Boston Mayor Marty Walsh took to Twitter Wednesday, saying “Boston is here to support the Patriots. I will alway believe in my team and Tom Brady.”

Walsh didn’t stop there though. The season-ticket holder caught up with members of the media to further comment on the ongoing battle between Brady and the NFL.
“I think the NFL needs to get their priorities straight,” Walsh said.

The NFL has alleged Brady destroyed a cell phone pertinent to their investigation into the matter of deflated footballs. Brady responded Wednesday morning in a lengthy Facebook post.
“I have never written, texted, emailed to anybody at anytime, anything related to football air pressure,” Brady said.
