"Catch & Release with the Boston Police" Derby at Jamaica Pond
Fishing Derby and family events draw hundreds out on June 30th
On Saturday, June 30th, the 2nd Annual "Catch & Release with the Boston Police" fishing derby was held at Jamaica Pond. Over 300 kids enjoyed hours of fun with fishing, games, music, food, cold drinks, prizes, and a special guest appearance from Charlie Moore, The Mad Fisherman, from NESN. The officers and staff of Boston Police District E-13 want to thank all of our volunteers, partners, sponsors & guests, who all helped to make this wonderful day a reality for our local kids.
