The site of a former firehouse in Boston’s Jamaica Plain neighborhood offers all the amenities one would need in single-bedroom condo for an affordable price.

Located on Walk Hill Street, Unit 11, a 428-square foot living space, has dropped to just $199,900.

Unit 11 comes with one bathroom, a kitchen, a spacious living room and decently sized bedroom.

The firehouse was first built in 1910 and was just modernized into living quarters 11 years ago, according to Curbed.com.
