'Hazardous Weather': Hail, Thunderstorms Could Hit MA, RI
You might want to bring an umbrella and a hard hat if you go outside later today.

It wouldn't be beautiful New England weather if something icky wasn't looming right around the corner.
The National Weather Service has issued a "hazardous weather outlook" for potential thunderstorms and hail Thursday afternoon and evening.
The outlook is for all of Massachusetts (except for Berkshire County) and Rhode Island.

"There is a low probability for a few strong thunderstorms" that might contain small hail, the NWS wrote on their website. The probability is higher the farther inland you go.

The temperature is expected to be in the low 60s today and drop into the 40s tonight overnight, but should rebound into the 70s until some late weekend rain.
