Minor Snow Accumulation Expected for Weekend

Snow is expected to fall on the first day of spring.

Don’t let the calendar fool you.

It might be turning to spring on Friday, but snow is still in the forecast.

The National Weather Service is predicting 1 to 2 inches of snow in Eastern and Central Massachusetts on Friday night and into Saturday morning.

Snow is expected to start on Friday night and fall occasionally until noontime Saturday when it will change to rain.

The highs on Saturday are expected be in the 40s.
