More Development in JP: 289 Rental Units Planned

Another developer is planning to build in Jamaica Plain near a development that’s been in the works for three years.

Forest Hills Arborway, LLC is planning 289 rental units at the old Hughes Oil site, located at 3593-3615 Washington St., according to The Boston Globe.

This development would be next to one planned for unused warehouse space at 3521-3529 Washington St., which has run into contamination issues of late.
