Obituary: Mark Fischer, 64, Longtime Boston Lawyer
He is survived by his wife, Marney Smyth Fischer, as well as his mother and two siblings.
Duane Morris LLP partner Mark Fischer, intellectual property and media attorney in Boston, died last week at 64, Boston Business Journal reported.
Fischer graduated from Emerson College and Boston College Law School. He also helped create the BioBricks Foundation, an organization that works to make public intellectual property rights related to important biological methods and devices.
