Public Meeting for Proposal at Washington and Green Streets Slated for Thursday
The Boston Redevelopment Authority will host the forum in the English High School cafeteria.

JAMAICA PLAIN, MA - A public meeting on the proposed development at Washington and Green streets will be held this Thursday.
The discussion will center on the six-story complex, which would include 44 rental units, retail space on the ground floor and 24 parking spaces.
It will be hosted by the Boston Redevelopment Authority in the English High School cafeteria Thursday, April 28 from 6:30-8 p.m.

Proposed by developer Mordechai Levin, the project would cost approximately $18 million and take about a year to build, according to documents submitted to the Boston Redevelopment Authority.
Levin would build the complex on five adjacent parcels of land owned by himself or an affiliate of his company, Boston Community Ventures.

Current tenants, which include three non-profits and a hair salon, would be relocated to other Boston Community Ventures properties.
