Wow House: Under $1Million In JP

WOW House: It may be nearly $1 Million in JP, but it's really close to the Arboretum.

JAMAICA PLAIN, MA — One realtor recently told Patch that the JP housing market was "blowing up." Anecdotes among those looking to buy, and placing offers on the table only to be out bid within hours seem to corroborate this. Interest rates may be low, but the inventory is low, there were fewer than 20 single family homes listed on realtor.com for Jamaica Plain. And that could be contributing to the prices.

But there are still some incredibly cute homes on the market, such as this 1950's Ranch home that looks like it could be out of a movie, probably one about July 4th. Check out what the realtor has to say about it.
