Vaccination Eligibility
People age 16 and older who live, work, or study in Massachusetts can get vaccinated. People 12 to 15 can preregister now to be vaccinated soon. Visit the State's website for more information.
Homebound Residents
If you are a homebound Lexington resident who wants to be vaccinated, please call the Lexington Human Services Department at 781-698-4847.

Vaccination Appointment Registration & Preregistration
Registration for People 16 and over
Make an appointment online on the State's vaccination site. Locations include local pharmacies and supermarkets, as well healthcare providers and regional mass vaccination sites.
If you are having trouble scheduling a vaccination, call 2-1-1:
- Monday-Thursday from 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Representatives will help you use the online appointment website

Preregistation
Everyone age 12 and over can now preregister for a COVID vaccine appointment.
Lexington Vaccination Clinics
We are currently not able to run vaccination clinics for our residents, as the State is not distributing vaccine to towns for this purpose.
