Empow Studios is holding a program on how to develop Android Apps at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday for children in grades 4-8.Â
"Make mobile games," the event post states. "Students learn how to create apps for android phones and tablets using the free online software MIT App Inventor. While being guided through tutorials, kids will make a series of mini games including a whack-a-mole, racing, quiz games and more. All the while students will be learning good programming practices and conventions and mastering the process of testing and debugging."
