Lexington Girls Hoops Advances With Win

LEXINGTON, MA—The Lexington High School Minutemen girls basketball team has advanced to the quarterfinals of the MIAA Division 1 North tournament.

The Minutemen knocked off North Andover by a score of 67-46 win in Lexington Tuesday Night. With the victory, they will face the winner of the game between Arlington and Revere.

If Revere wins, Lexington will play on the road, but will return to the LHS gym to face Arlington if the Spy Ponders are victorious.

Lexington, the No. 5 seed, may run right int top-seed Lowell, if Lowell is able to defeat the winner of the game between Beverly and Lynn Classical.
