Lexington Police Remind Residents Of Parking Ban
With possible snow flurries headed to town, Lexington police reminded residents about the town parking ban.

LEXINGTON, MA — With potential snow forecasted for the area in the coming week, Lexington police are using the wintry weather as a reminder of the towns upcoming all night parking ban. Technically, the ban is year round but it is not enforced until Dec. 1. Police said the goal is to get cars off of the streets to make it easier to plow.
Te remind residents of the ban, officers will be placing yellow disclaimer cards on cars that could be in violation. The cards are not a ticket, but explain that, starting Dec. 1, if the car is parked in the same spot it will be ticketed.
Lexington's all night parking ban is enforced from Dec. 1 until April 1 between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.
