Lexington Vaccinations: How Many Residents Are Fully Vaccinated?

LEXINGTON, MA — More than 2,700 of Lexington oldest residents have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the state’s data. Thirty percent of Lexington residents as a whole are fully vaccinated, up from about a quarter last week. Roughly 1.9 million people have been fully vaccinated in Massachusetts, the state reported Thursday.

Roughly 20 percent of the town's residents have received just the first dose. Sixty-six percent of residents ages 65 to 74 are fully vaccinated, and 17 percent in that age group have received just their first dose.

Lexington reported 56 cases of coronavirus in the two weeks leading up to the state report released Thursday, placing it in the "yellow" zone.
