Lexington Water Main Work On Eldred Street

LEXINGTON, MA — Lexington started water main work on Eldred Street this week. The work is anticipated to take four to six weeks.

In the meantime, traffic will be detoured from Grove Street, to Page Road, to Shawsheen Road.

Most of the vehicles to be detoured are those that would normally cut through from Grove Street to Bedford Street. Local traffic in that neighborhood will be allowed through.
