Man Arrested for OUI, Vehicle Break-in With Over $2K in Items Stolen

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, December 29-

Police arrested Lado Pitia, 24, of 143 Pearl Street, Manchester, NH, on charges of ooperating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle to endanger. Arrested made at 4:34 a.m. on Waltham Street following a motor vehicle accident.

At 4:34 p.m. there was a report of a breaking and entering to a vehicle in Lot-3. Caller said that nine days before her unlocked vehicle was entered behind CVS. A laptop and $2,100 worth of lacrosse equipment stolen.

At 8:01 p.m. there was a noise complaint for a truck running on Philip Road.

Monday, December 30-

Police arrested Viralbhai Patel, 35, of 36 Eldred St., Lexington, on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Arrest made at 11:25 p.m. on Eldred Street..

At 12:40 a.m. there was a noise complaint for a loud party on Gleason Road.

At 9:12 a.m. police assisted a Marrett Road caller with a  child who was locked in a room.

At 9:41 a.m. there was a report of a stop signed knocked over on Park Drive.

At 1:41 p.m. there was a report of a low hanging wire on Mass Avenue.

At 1:51 p.m. there was a report of a hole cut into a fence at a home on Blake Road. 

Tuesday, December 31-

At 11:06 a.m. there was a report of a stolen UPS package on Calvin Street.

At 11:27 p.m. there was a report of a suspicious person on Bedford Street.
