Man Arrested for Second OUI, Home Break-in Reported

Monday, January 6-

Police Arrested David Bourinot, 56, of 323 Katahdin Drive, Lexington, on a charge of operating under the influence (2nd offense).

At 10:40 a.m. there was a report of a dog bite on Webster Road.

At 11:39 a.m. there was a report of a low wire on Fiske Road.

Tuesday, January 7-

Police arrested Paul George, 57, of 34 Alder Street, Waltham, on charges of operating motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, giving a false name to a police officer and a seatbelt violation.  Arrest made at 11:19 a.m. on Bedford Street.

At 8:38 a.m. there was a report of a breaking and entering on Abernathy Road. A caller said thought his home was broken into the night before. He said he heard a noise and found that morning that a large television was missing.
