MassDEP Seeks Public Comment On Application By Shire To Establish New Emission Limits In Lexington
The public comment period will close on May 10, 2021.

Shire Human Genetic Therapies Inc. (Shire), located on Shire Way and Spring Street in Lexington, has submitted an application with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) relative to the processing of emissions at their facilities. Shire seeks to expand their manufacturing/laboratory activities and establish new emission limits for an existing facility in town.
