The National Weather Service is predicting 1 to 3 inches of snow that could snarl the Tuesday evening rush hour.
The snow is likely to fall mostly between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Tuesday will also be frigid with a high of about 23. Wind chill could be as low as -2.
