Resident Finds Stranger Hiding Under Bed, Man Arrested for OUI

Wednesday, December 4-

At 9:05 a.m. police issued a citation to a driver on Hayward Avenue on a charge of attaching the wrong license plate.

At 11:36 a.m. police cited a driver on Cary Avenue on a charge of operating without insurance.

At 1:12 p.m. there was a report of burglary/breaking and entering on Simonds Road. Resident report finding a person in their house hiding under a bed. As a result of an investigation a 15-year old juvenile was placed under arrest and charged with being a juvenile delinquent.

Thursday, December 5-

Police arrested Billy Wayne, 38, of 74 Tudor Street, Waltham, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop for police, a red light violation and speeding. Arrest made at 10:14 p.m. on Waltham Street.

At 12:50 a.m. police cited a driver on Massachusetts Avenue on a charge of operating with an expired registration.
