Stolen Checks, Vehicle Break-in and Woman Struck by Vehicle

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, January 8-

At 7:10 p.m. there was a report of a domestic dispute – argument, on Lowell Street.

At 10:10 p.m. there was a report of a restraining order violation. Unwanted text message sent.

Thursday, January 9-

At 10:08 a.m. there was a report of multiple stolen checks cashed. The checks were stolen out of Bedford cashed in Lexington. Lexington detectives are working with Bedford Police for an investigation. 

At 5:52 p.m. there was a report of a pedestrian struck on Bedford Street. A woman said she was struck but not injured.  The vehicle did stop and the woman and the diver had a conversation but then the driver left without giving information. Vehicle had a Florida license plate.

At 8:01 p.m. there was a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Bedford Street. Vehicle entered by smashed right passenger door window. Nothing reported missing.

 

Friday, January 10-

At 12:24 a.m. there was a report of an erratic driver on Bedford Street.

At 1:56 a.m. there as a water main break on Hamilton Road.

At 4:45 p.m. there was a report of a domestic dispute – argument between a mother and daughter on Adams Street.

At 7:03 p.m. police cited a driver for operating with a revoked license on Bedford Street.

At 8:45 p.m. there was a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle in Lot 2.
