Homebound Residents

If you are a homebound Lexington resident who wants to be vaccinated, please call the Lexington Human Services Department at 781-698-4847.

Vaccination Appointment Registration & Preregistration

Registration for People 16 and over

Make an appointment online on the State's vaccination site. Locations include local pharmacies and supermarkets, as well healthcare providers and regional mass vaccination sites.

If you are having trouble scheduling a vaccination, call 2-1-1:

  • Monday-Thursday from 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Representatives will help you use the online appointment website

Preregistation

Everyone can now preregister for a COVID vaccine appointment.

Lexington Vaccination Clinics

We are currently not able to run vaccination clinics for our residents, as the State is not distributing vaccine to towns for this purpose.
